This will be a great weekend to share, learn, laugh, and grow in our faith together.
Confirmation of Faith officially is a relationship with your home congregation or community of faith. The Youth Confirmation Weekend can be one part of that journey with a group of other youth who share similar questions, doubts, jokes, and life experiences. It’s gonna be awesome!
This event is open to anyone in the region in grades 7-12 who is interested in exploring confirmation. We will spend the weekend learning and talking faith stuff and at the end of the event you will have the option of being confirmed with your home congregation. If you or your church have questions about how this works, please be in touch!
Here’s the quick bullet-point FAQ for now:
- Grades 7-12 are welcome
- Friday night to Sunday at noon so bring stuff for sleeping on a comfy church floor!
- $50 per participant (but just let Lindsay or Josie know if money is a little tight – we want you there!)
