Lumsden Beach Camp did not happen by chance. It was created by faith filled people who had a vision. Since 1905 this camp has been a special place where adults and children come together. Camp Christopher exists to enable people to deepen their understanding and experience of God as Creator, Saviour, Sustainer and Lord. This will occur primarily in a community that has temporarily ‘come apart’ into the out-of-doors. Camp Christopher flourishes, thanks to the efforts of many volunteers, camp committee members, staff and campers.
Camp Christopher is located on Christopher Lake, north of Prince Albert and since 1989 the summer programs have been a Shared Ministry of the United Church of Canada and the Presbyterian Church in Canada.
