Dealing with Grief – our own and that of others

Saltcoats United Church is offering a two hour presentation “Dealing with Grief – Our Own and That of Others”.

Presenter will be Walter Farquharson.  Anyone interested is welcome to attend.  We will look at acute grief, longterm grief, cumulative grief.

Grief is a natural and often painful response to loss – the death of a loved one – and many other losses that are “just part of life”.  What helps us deal with our own grief? How can we walk with others in their grieving?

No cost to participate.
