Saltcoats United Church presents the second session of:

Living with Grief – Our Own and That of Others.

Presenter will be Walter Farquharson.

While this is the second session, you do not have to have had attended the first in order to attend.
Anyone interested is welcome to attend.

We will look at acute grief, longterm grief, cumulative grief. Grief is a natural and often painful response to loss – the death of a loved one – but many other losses that are “just part of life”. What helps us deal with our own grief? How can we walk with others in their grieving?
