Parkland Restorative Justice is a funded partner of Living Skies Regional Council and works with federal inmates. They write,

“Prison is a lonely place at the best of times. The volunteers in our P2P program provide some relief from those feelings of self-isolation by visiting monthly. They also provide much needed encouragement and hope for the future.

Unfortunately, due to COVID-19 we are unable to offer visits to inmates. In the meantime, we are encouraging our volunteers, and other church members to send a message of hope and encouragement to an inmate. This message is especially important right now for the inmates who are experiencing further isolation due to COVID-19, and are not able to see their loved ones or go about their normal routine. Contact P2P coordinator at Parkland Restorative Justice, Heather Driedger, at heather@parklandrj.com or 306.763.6224 for more details. ”
